Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME Please note that our products are made-to-order. This means we print your item specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

  • Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier, and you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • United States: 5 – 8 business days.

  • Europe / UK: 7 – 12 business days.

  • Canada: 6 – 10 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, or customs inspections.

3. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update in the system after you receive the email.

  • If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For International Orders: Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. BestTshirtShop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an order.

6. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@besttshirtshop.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES BestTshirtShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
