🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or pet hair

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@besttshirtshop.com with your order number and reason for return.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

While we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, there are certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product or for hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

🧵 Custom or Personalized T-Shirts

  • Any shirt that has been custom printed with names, quotes, designs, or artwork submitted by you is made just for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

  • Please double-check your design, spelling, and sizing before placing the order — we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🛍️ Final Sale or Clearance Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or deeply discounted are not eligible for return or exchange. These are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

🎁 Gift Cards

  • Digital or physical gift cards purchased through BestTShirtShop.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

👕 Worn, Washed, or Used Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer — including items with deodorant stains, pet hair, or strong odors.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we can offer a refund or store credit.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • A mistake was made on our end

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
