1. OVERVIEW At BestTshirtShop.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (Defective Products) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (wrong design, wrong size, or bad printing quality), please contact us immediately.

3. RETURNS FOR SIZE / CHANGE OF MIND
Since all of our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns for “Change of Mind” or “Wrong Size Ordered”. Please review our Size Chart carefully before placing an order. However, if you have a sizing issue, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
4. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
