A: We offer sizes ranging from XS to 5XL depending on the style. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Q: Can I customize a t-shirt with my own design?
A: Yes! We offer custom and personalized tees. Simply upload your design or enter your text on the product page.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
A: If your item hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at support@besttshirtshop.com and we’ll do our best to update your order. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days in the U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout. For international orders, please allow 7–21 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we currently ship to select international countries. Shipping times and costs will vary by location.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track it through your account dashboard if you created one.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Issues & Support

Q: I received the wrong or a damaged item. What should I do?
A: We’re sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.

Q: I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
A: If it’s past the estimated delivery time, please reach out to support@besttshirtshop.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
