1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Our checkout process is SSL-encrypted and 100% secure.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order? We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may have already moved to production/shipping and cannot be changed.

3. Where is my order confirmation? As soon as you place an order, an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

4. Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We are proud to offer global shipping to over 200 countries.

5. How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary by location. Here are our estimates:

  • USA: 5-8 business days.

  • Europe: 7-12 business days.

  • International: 10-20 business days.

  • Please note: It typically takes 2-5 business days to print and process your order before it ships.

6. How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.

7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

8. What if I received a damaged or wrong item? We are so sorry! Please email us immediately at Support@besttshirtshop.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We will send you a free replacement right away—no need to return the defective item.

9. Do you offer exchanges for sizing? Since our products are made-to-order, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. However, please contact our support team, and we will try to work out a solution for you!

10. How do I choose the right size? We have a detailed Size Chart on every product page (usually located near the price or description). We highly recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own and love, then comparing it to our chart to find the perfect fit.

11. How should I wash my printed t-shirts? To keep your print looking fresh for years:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.

  • Tumble dry low or let it air dry.

  • Do not iron directly on the print.
